Semodo Career is a digital service for freelancers that helps with portfolio management, assignment tracking, and career development. The service is provided by:

2. Founders Club
By signing up for Founders Club you agree to the following:
- You are registering for early access to Semodo Career
- You consent to us contacting you via email with information about the launch
- You get 2 months free Autopilot plan at launch
- You get direct channel to the builder for feedback and support
- Founders Club status is personal and cannot be transferred

3. Use of the website
When using semodocareer.se you agree to:
- Provide accurate information in forms
- Not attempt to disrupt or damage the website's function
- Not use automated tools to collect data from the website
- Respect others' intellectual property rights
4. Intellectual property rights
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and program code, belongs to Semodo Solutions AB or its licensors and is protected by copyright.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivatives of the content without written permission.
5. Your data
We value your privacy. All handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
In summary:
- We only collect necessary data
- We never sell your data
- You can request deletion at any time
- Data is stored securely within the EU
6. Future service
Semodo Career is planned to launch in January 2026. At launch:
- Separate service terms will apply for the product
- You will need to actively accept these when registering an account
- Founders Club benefits will be activated automatically
We reserve the right to change the launch date and feature scope based on development progress.
7. Limitation of liability
The website and Founders Club registration are provided "as is". We do not guarantee:
- That the website is error-free or available without interruption
- That the product will launch on the specified date
- That all planned features will be available at launch
Semodo Solutions AB is not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or other consequential damages arising from use of the website.
8. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms as needed. Significant changes are communicated via email to Founders Club members at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the new terms.
9. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes should primarily be resolved through dialogue. If this fails, the dispute will be decided by Swedish general court with Stockholm District Court as the first instance.
