3. How do we use your data?
We use your data to:
- Manage your place in the Founders Club queue
- Contact you when Semodo Career launches
- Send important information about the service (max 2-3 emails before launch)
- Improve the product based on feedback
We never send newsletters, marketing, or spam. You only receive relevant updates about the launch.
4. Legal basis
We process your personal data based on consent (GDPR Article 6.1.a). You give your consent by submitting the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.
5. How is your data stored?
Interest registrations (Founders Club)
Form data is sent via our server-side API and stored securely. We do not use third-party services for form handling that share data.
Website analytics
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service that does not use cookies and does not track individuals. Plausible only collects aggregated statistics (number of visitors, page views, etc.) and is fully GDPR-compliant without consent.
Future product (Semodo Career)
When the product launches, all user data will be stored on Microsoft Azure in Sweden (Sweden Central). This ensures your data stays within the EU and is covered by GDPR.
6. Sharing with third parties
We never share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. The only third parties processing data are:
- Plausible Analytics – aggregated web statistics (no personal data)
- Microsoft Azure – hosting of future product

Under GDPR you have the following rights:
- Access: Request a copy of your data
- Rectification: Correct inaccurate data
- Erasure: Ask us to delete your data
- Restriction: Restrict the processing of your data
- Data portability: Receive your data in machine-readable format
- Objection: Object to certain processing

8. Retention period
We store your data as long as needed to fulfill the purpose:
- Interest registrations: Until launch + 12 months, or until you unsubscribe
- User accounts (future): As long as the account is active + 90 days after closure

This website uses no cookies. Our analytics service Plausible is cookie-free and requires no consent.
10. Changes to the policy
We may update this policy as needed. Significant changes are communicated via email to registered users. The latest version is always available on this page.
